The flat is situated on the 1st floor of a large character filled town house on Sutton Street and is very convenient, a stone's throw from the South Beach Esplanade and town walls.

Enter into the large open plan living area, which is light and airy, having high ceilings and original features. Relax on the comfortable large sofa or sit in the window at the dining room table, whilst enjoying the lovely view of Caldey Island and the sea.

Books, games and DVDs are provided for your entertainment with a 32” flat screen TV and separate CD/radio. Sky TV and Unlimited Wifi at this apartment.

The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials you need for a family of 4. There is a separate washer/drier, oven and hob, dishwasher, and fridge with a freezer compartment.

There is a large Master King bedroom with flat screen TV/DVD which is very light and airy and a separate pretty Twin Bedroom with good storage for all of your needs during your holiday.

There is a family bathroom with shower over the bath.

Flat 1 Sherbourne House is situated on Sutton Street. There is no private parking with this property.
There is some limited street parking on Sutton street and surrounding streets off South Beach Esplanade. The nearest car park is the Rectory car park, which costs around £22 for a week in the Summer. This is a manned car park and you will need to pay by cash as you enter the car park. It is a large car park and even during the peak season, spaces are normally available.
